Appointment of Johanna LEPREVOST as Deputy Inspection Business Manager NORTH

Northern Region

With over 15 years of experience in industrial inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT), Johanna Leprevost joins Alpha as Deputy Inspection Business Manager for the Northern Region.

She will work alongside Rémy Brument, Head of Inspection Activities for the Northern Region, supporting the structuring, performance management, and development of inspection operations across the territory.

A Strong Background in Industrial Inspection and NDT

Johanna began her career in 2008 at the Institut de Soudure, initially working as a technical assistant on industrial sites. She quickly progressed into inspection and NDT support roles, before taking on broader responsibilities as Market Activities Manager.

In this position, she led the commercial development of key industrial accounts and managed major contracts on large-scale industrial sites, particularly within the petrochemical sector.

This career path has enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of industrial inspection services, covering technical expertise, business development, operational management, and financial performance. She also brings a strong knowledge of asset integrity management and the challenges associated with maintaining industrial installations.

Cross-Sector Expertise and a Strong Professional Network

Throughout her career, Johanna has worked across multiple industrial sectors, including chemical, petrochemical, and large industrial facilities, building strong adaptability to sector-specific constraints and regulatory environments.

These experiences have also allowed her to develop an extensive professional network among industrial clients and inspection stakeholders, a key asset to support the growth of inspection and NDT services in Northern France.

In her new role, Johanna contributes to the management and expansion of inspection activities in the Northern region. Her responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with stringent standards such as ISO 17020 (inspection bodies, quality assurance, conformity assessment)
