With 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, Mehdi VATIN joins Alpha as Deputy Maintenance Activities Manager for the North / Normandy region. His career reflects steady progression in the field: he began as an industrial draftsman, before moving into preparation, supervision and project management roles. This background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical and organizational challenges associated with maintenance activities.

Throughout his career, Mehdi has carried out assignments across France in a wide range of industrial environments, including the food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical sectors. This diversity of experience has enabled him to develop strong technical expertise as well as a high level of adaptability to the specific constraints of each industry.
Missions and objectives in the North / Normandy region
In his new role, he will work closely with Emmanuel TALBOT, Maintenance Activities Manager for the North / Normandy region. His primary mission is to drive the development of maintenance activities in the region by placing the right skills in the right positions, identifying new market opportunities and strengthening customer proximity. His approach is based on listening, understanding and anticipating client needs, in order to deliver tailored solutions, supported by Alpha’s technical capabilities and organizational strength.

By combining technical and commercial expertise, he aims to provide comprehensive support capable of addressing both the strategic and operational challenges faced by industrial clients.
