Appointment of Emmanuel TALBOT as Nuclear Activity Manager

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Emmanuel Talbot to strengthen our teams in the newly created position of Nuclear Business Manager.

Emmanuel's experience and know-how make him a seasoned expert in the technical fields specific to our activities. He will undoubtedly be a major asset for the development of our activities in the nuclear sector.

With this important reinforcement, Alpha Maintenance should confirm the foundations laid by obtaining CEFRI certification in 2023, and begin its breakthrough in the key nuclear sector.

Emmanuel will play a key role in the presentation and promotion of our services to major players in the sector, ensuring increased visibility for our brands.

His short-term objective will also be to obtain UTO 19443 certification, an essential prerequisite for operating as a Tier 1 contractor for EDF.

“I'm delighted to be joining Alpha Maintenance. My integration was very well prepared, I felt that I was expected. I realize that there is a real desire to develop the company. My goal is for Alpha Maintenance to be officially in the nuclear business by 2025” - Emmanuel TALBOT

“We look forward to working with Emmanuel, and have no doubt that he will help us achieve our strategic objectives. His integration is part of our ongoing commitment to offer excellent solutions to our partners, and to meet the challenges of an industry in turmoil.”

- François-Régis VINCENT, Managing Director.

Announcement - Creation of the CSR Committee

Creation of a CSR Committee within Alpha Maintenance : A concrete CSR commitment in line with our vision and our desire to accompany the world's transformations.

We are very proud to announce the creation of a Committee dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Alpha Maintenance. Comprising members of management and committed employees, it represents a significant step in consolidating our commitment to sustainable and responsible professional and personal practices.

The CSR Committee has a fund financed 100% by the company, to the tune of 2% of its annual net income.
It embodies our firm commitment to integrating social, environmental and ethical issues at the very heart of our business. This fund will enable us to take concrete action in line with the needs of our stakeholders and today's world.

Our employees, the driving force behind the process, are invited to propose and defend their project(s) in line with one or more CSR pillars, in which they are either directly involved (strong commitment within associative structures) or indirectly through voluntary actions in place with their relatives and more broadly their personal environment. After validating the relevance of the projects, in line with strict CSR criteria, the Committee members decide on the financing of the actions and the associated amount.

To date, the Committee has made it possible to release funds to contribute to the social and health prevention work of the "Fête Le Mur" association in Marseille, the Club Loisir Badminton de La Frénaye and the Association Laïque de Déville Basketball.

We are convinced that this CSR Committee will mark a major step forward in our quest for a more responsible company, while reinforcing our position as a committed and respectful player within our fields of activity.

We would like to thank all those at Alpha Maintenance who helped bring this project to fruition (Justine ROUSSEL, Thomas BERRIT and Romain DORIVAL), and especially Tiphaine LINDE, CSR Director of the Ponticelli Frères Group, for her sound advice.

Announcement - Launch of NDT activity

Alpha Maintenance is proud to announce the launch of a new activity in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Motivated by increasingly frequent requests from our partners, the launch into the growing NDT market marks a historic step for the company and our inspection department in particular.

This new activity reinforces our inspection engineering service offering, which until now has focused on metal inspection and Risk Based Inspection.

Alpha Maintenance’s service offering is supported by the following NDT methods:

  • Visual Testing (VT)
  • Magnetic Testing (MT)
  • Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • Utrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Phased Array (PA)

This new activity represents a major development lever for Alpha Maintenance, and should make a significant contribution to our ambitious growth targets for the coming years.

Against this backdrop, our inspection department moved into new premises in Bois Guillaume (76) in July 2023 and has considerably strengthened its ranks, doubling its workforce by the end of 2023.

This decision confirms our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the market, while underlining our determination to innovate in inspection engineering and support the transformations taking place in the world of industry.
